Returns and Exchanges

At Grade Shake, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that there are occasions when you may want to return an item, and we are here to facilitate a smooth process for these situations.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can return any item purchased from Grade Shake within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in the same condition you received them in — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center on the website.
  2. Enter your order number and email address to start the returns process.
  3. Select the products you wish to return or exchange, and provide the reason for the return.
  4. Once we review and approve your request, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email from [email protected].
  5. Print out the provided label, attach it to the return package, and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.
  6. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange promptly.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed upon the reception and inspection of the returned item. We will notify you via email from [email protected] once the refund has been issued. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at [email protected], and we will provide you with the necessary details. If the item is in stock, we will ship your replacement as soon as we receive the original item back.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) are final sale and cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding your item’s return eligibility, please contact us at [email protected].

Damaged or Defective Items

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please email us immediately at [email protected], so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
